EEF1L Rules and Regulations

Introduction
This is where you need to come to find out all the rules for the season. If the drivers have any objections to any rules, then just say so. If there are any rule changes then you will be informed before the next race.

Lobby Settings and Driving Aids
The lobby settings will be the same for every race.

Starting Grid: Qualifying Results
Race Distance: 50%
Safety Car: On
Car Assignment: Players' Choice
Weather: Dynamic
Rules and Flags: Reduced
Tyre Simulation: On
Fuel Simulation: On
Car Damage: Full
Car Performance: Equal
Collisions: Full
Parc Ferme: On

All assists are allowed except braking assist and pit assist, but I'm sure you can cope without those.

Points System and the Championship
Points will be awarded from 1st to 10th place, just like in real Formula 1. There is also a bonus 5 points for pole position and a bonus 5 for fastest lap.

Pole: 5
Fastest Lap: 5

1st - 25
2nd - 18
3rd - 15
4th - 12
5th - 10
6th - 8
7th - 6
8th - 4
9th - 2
10th - 1

The title will be awarded to the driver with the most points, for drivers and constructors. If there is a tie on points, then the driver with the most wins will win, then 2nds, 3rds and so on.

Race Start and Time
Race Day: FRIDAY
Race Time: 18:00 GMT (20:00 ROU)

The lobby will open 5-10 minutes before Qualifying is meant to start. You'll get an invite from the championship organizer and then you can choose your selected car (please don't change car, you'll just get kicked out) and driving aids. Please don't say ready until everyone is in the lobby and the host says so. Then at the time, we'll go racing.

Qualifying is 15 minutes and the races are about 45-50 minutes, so we should be done in about an hour and a bit each week.

Registering
You are only allowed to race if you are signed up in the relevant Car Selection thread. If you don't then you won't be invited to the lobby and you won't be allowed to qualify or race.

Qualifying
Qualifying will last for 15 minutes and whoever is fastest will take pole position and will start first. You can use whatever setup you like, whatever tyres you want, or if you want, you don't even have to set a time at all.

When exiting the pit lane, please stay within the pit exit line so you don't disrupte another driver's lap. Also, when entering the pit, make it clear by going off line before hand, so you don't impede others.

When you're on an outlap, or an inlap, don't get in the way of others, just move out the way. On the straights please don't use the racing line (only do so if there are no cars near you), just go to the side.

If you're on a flying lap and you feel you are quicker than a car in front also on a flying lap, they don't have to move out the way. It's your job to pass them, or slow down and wait for some clean air.

Race and driving standards
All driving errors will be looked at after the race by myself or a moderator. Penalties can be handed out by organisers, but only if the game hasn't do so already. However, it's unlikely you'll get one, as we know the penalty system on F1 2012 is fantastic....

You can complain about another driver for their driving or an incident, but you need some kind of evidence, whether it's a video or photo.

If you are involved in an accident, and you've pushed someone off the track, please slow down and let them back through. If you don't then it won't help your case if the other driver argues you should have a penalty!

Please show respect to others not only on the forum, but on track too. Don't do anything deliberately, you'll only get yourself a penalty and possibly a ban!

Disconnecting
Please make sure before an event that your connection is good enough so you can last the race and so you don't lag like crazy. If you disconnect in Qualifying then that's it, event over. We're not starting again for you! Likewise in the race.

Dropped Rounds
The dropped rounds rule allows all drivers to have their worst 2 race results of the season removed from their final points standings. This allows drivers who may not have perfect attendance to be still be able to compete at the front end of the championship, and allows the speed drivers show in the races they do attend to come through and doesn't make the championship more attendance based.

Each drivers worst 2 results will automatically be dropped at the end of the season. These 2 results can be of any type:

Retirement
Did not start
Disconnection
Points Finish

The total of the points collected from these 2 rounds will then be taken away from the drivers total points score.

Car Setups
You can use any setup you like, it really doesn't matter, anything that makes you go quicker is encouraged!

Asa ar fi normal numai ca nu se stapanesc oamenii in primul viraj si iau penalizare tot cei care merg corect.
Banuiesc ca esti familiar cu BUG-ul vietii

De acord cu Alex.

Ok atunci,
Dar se va lasa cu penalizari.

Regulamentul privind Rules and Flags va ramane Reduced, cei care vor crea probleme in cursa vor fi sanctionati ulterior, de aceea voi numi in curand cativa Stewards pentru a analiza fazele controversate dintr-o cursa.
Ar fi mai bine pentru fiecare daca ati putea inregistra fiecare cursa si apoi sa o urcati pe youtube.
